Hero has redesigned its engine in ismart 110 with a name called TOD(TORQUE ON DEMAND)BS-IV with AOH.The new engine is not capable of pulling things easily on hill surface because TOD produces 9nm Of torque where it does not suit to Indian conditions roads
The engine build quality is not worthy of what we paid for this bike. problems with engine leakage of oil from the bottom as well as oil seal and top.After 5000 km engine sounds like iron particles mixing up with oil and loss over power of cam shaft with connecting road inside the engine

If you in search of the bike with the quality engine, less maintenance cost and hesitate of minor sounds in the engine. This bike doesn’t suit you. because the New TOD engine is not success what Hero motor has thought to deliver a refined engine with the high fuel efficiency but end engine has mechanical issues such as engine sounds, chain sprocket, cam shaft and connecting rod with piston valves.
